Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the first day of the course. Payment can be made either by credit card or company invoice.

All bookings for UK courses will be charged in Pounds Sterling.
Courses held in other European countries will be charged in Euros when paid by company invoice.
All credit card payments will be charged in Pounds Sterling, to a value approximately equating to the Euro value.

Cancellation

A cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations based on the number of days before the course commences.

Up to 3 working days before course commencement a 100% cancellation fee is charged.
Up to 7 working days before course commencement a 50% cancellation fee is charged.
Up to 28 days before the course commencement a 25% cancellation fee is charged.
If more than 28 days notice is provided, only a 10% administration fee will be charged.

Transfer

A delegate can be substituted by another representative from the same organisation at any stage prior to the commencement of the course at no additional charge. A course may not be attended by more than 1 delegate.

Rescheduling

A delegate may reschedule a course booking at any time up until 3 working days prior to the commencement of the course. The rescheduled course must be attended within 12 months. A rescheduling fee will be charged at the time of booking the rescheduled course, based on the amount of notice given prior to the commencment of the original course. The original course fee will still apply and must be paid prior to the commencement of the original course. In the event that original booking fees or rescheduling fees are not paid as required, or the course is not attended within 12 months, the course should be deemed as cancelled without notice and the corresponding charges will apply.

Up to 7 working days notice - 30% fee.
8-28 days notice - 20% fee.
Greater than 28 days notice - 15% fee.

All of these charges are based on the then standard price of the new course less any discounts to which the delegate may be entitled.
